Khammam, Jul 20 : YSR Telangana Party (YSRTP) President Y S Sharmila Today held a dharna at Gangadevipadu of Penuballi Mandal in this district in protest against the unemployment problem in the state.

Recently YSRTP President took a decision to observe every Tuesday as unemployment day.

As part of it, Ms Sharmila held a dharna at Gangadevipadu.

Before holding the dharna, she consoled the family members of unemployed youth Nageswara Rao who had committed suicide recently.

She garlanded the portrait of Nageswara Rao and expressed her condolence.

Ms Sharmila also enquired about their problems and assured to stand with them.

She also garlanded the statue of her father and late Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy before staging a dharna.(UNI)
