Thiruvananthapuram, Feb 1 : UAE Minister of Economy Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri has said two lakh new jobs will be created in his country where Keralites staying in large numbers will be benefited. The UAE Minister informed this to Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, who is in UAE, to inaugurate the ‘Kerala Pavilion’ in the Dubai Expo at 1700 hours on February 4. The Chief Minister on Monday tweeted “Had a fruitful interaction with Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri, UAE Minister of Economy. Discussed the welfare of NRKs and the prospects of fresh investments in Kerala’s industrial sector.” “Thank you for the warm welcome and the wholehearted support offered for Kerala’s progress, https://t.co/TeFEiNlPgH,” he said. UAE-based Kerala businessman and Lulu Group Chairman Yusuf Ali MA tweeted that “Amb @sunjaysudhir accompanied CM @CMOKerala @vijayanpinarayi in his meeting with HE Abdullah bin Touq Al Marri, Minister of Economy, to explore ways to further increase trade and investment relations with Kerala.” Kerala Industries Minister P Rajeev, Tourism Minister PA Mohammed Riyas and other top officials will attend ‘Kerala Week’ which will be held from February 4 to 10 at the Kerala Pavillion. (UNI)
