New Delhi, Jan 12 : Micro-blogging site Twitter is working on an update that will keep blocked and muted accounts, as well as keywords at bay, even in explore tab and events.

“We’re working on some updates, so that keywords you’ve muted and accounts you’ve muted/blocked, stay out of a few more places,” a tweet from its support handle read.

“First up, Events. Now across Android, iOS, and web, events from accounts you’ve blocked or muted won’t appear in your Explore tab, “What’s happening” sidebar and emails, or event-based notifications,” it added.

Twitter is also testing the placement of its search bar on the homepage and the composer bar above the navigation panel on iOS.

Another feature that it is testing is reaction photo/video to a tweet, it said.(UNI)
