Hyderabad, Jan 11 :Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) Senior Vice President G Niranjan has said that the state government is cultureless government as it is preventing the Congress leaders to console the bereaved family members by using the brutal police force.
Talking to newsmen at Gandhi Bhavan here on Tuesday, Mr Niranjan said Indian society has a culture and practice of responding to the families in difficult times and to console and express the sympathies to the families if any one is lost in their family. This is a part of Indian culture.
The TRS Government is a cultureless Government which is preventing the leaders of Congress from consoling the bereaved families by using its brutal police force, he said.
The Congress leader pointed out that they themselves do not come forward to stand with the families of the people died with suicides and also not allow others to stand with these families at this hour of grief.
Their obstruction means, they are accepting responsibility for these suicides, he said.
“Being a woman, Ms Sabita Indra Reddy, Education Minister should have gone to the residence of Ms Saraswathi, a lady teacher who had committed suicide due to her transfer and lost her life, to console the kith and kin of deceased.
At least the women Ministers in the TRS Government should have reacted to the suicide of the entire family of Late Ramakrishna in Kothagudem as the son of TRS MLA has asked the deceased to send his wife.
This is a Government which itself bypasses and disobeys its own orders”, the TPCC Senior Vice President said.
Mr Niranjab said the state government has issued GO No 1 on January 1, 2022 banning rallies and public gatherings but conducting Rythu sambaralu by disobeying it.
“The people of Telangana are enjoying the games of TRS and BJP played by mutual understanding and everything will come transparently very soon”, the Congress leader added.(UNI)
