CHENNAI, SEP 29 : Mr K Ramachandran, representing Coonoor Constituency, was appointed
as the Chief Whip in the Tamil Nadu Aseembly on Sunday.

This was announced by Legislative Assembly Secretary K Srinivasan in a press release here.

Mr Ramachandran replaces Govi Chezhiyan, who was elevated as a Minister in the State Cabinet
and was sworn in today.
