Hyderabad, April 25 :  Thunderstorm with lightning is likely to occur at isolated places in Rayalaseema during the next five days, Meteorological Centre warned today.
In a bulletin here, it also warned that thunderstorm with lightning is likely to occur at isolated places in North Coastal Andhra Pradesh (NCAP) & Yanam on April 27, 28, 29, in South Coastal Andhra Pradesh (SCAP) during the next 24 hours & on April 28 and 29.
Light to moderate rain or thundershowers is likely to occur at isolated places in Rayalaseema during the next five days, in SCAP during the next 24 hours and on April 27, 28 & 29 and in NCAP& Yanam on April 27,28 and 29, the bulletin said.
Rain occurred at isolated places in Telangana, Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam and Rayalaseema during the last 24 hours.
The highest maximum temperature of 41.2 degrees Celsius and 38.4 degrees Celsius was recorded in Ramagundam of Telangana and Anantapur of Rayalaseema during the same period.
The highest maximum temperature of 37.4 degrees Celsius was recorded in Hyderabad on Saturday, the bulletin added.(UNI)
