Hyderabad, Oct 26 : Thunderstorm accompanied with lightning is likely to occur at isolated places in Bhadradri Kothagudem, Khammam, Mahabubabad, Suryapet and Nalgonda districts of Telangana on October 29 and 30, Meteorological Centre said Today.
In a bulletin here, it said that light to moderate rain or thundershowers is likely to occur at isolated places in the state during the same period.
Dry weather is likely to prevail in Telangana from Wednesday to Friday, the bulletin said.
Meanwhile, in a special bulletin, Met said the cyclonic circulation over Southeast Bay of Bengal & neighbourhood extending upto 3.1 km above mean sea level persists. It is likely to move westwards.
Under its influence, a low pressure area is likely to form over central parts of South Bay of Bengal during the next 24 hours.
A trough runs from cyclonic circulation over Southeast Bay of Bengal & neighbourhood to North Bay of Bengal and extends upto 1.5 km above mean sea level.
Mainly low level Northerlies/North-Easterlies prevail over the state, the bulletin added.(UNI)
