Hyderabad, May 6 :Thunderstorm accompanied with lightning, gusty winds speed ranging (30-40 KMPH) and hailstorm is likely to occur at isolated places in Telangana during the next 72 hours, Meteorological Centre said on Thursday.
In a bulletin here, it said that thunderstorm with lightning, gusty winds (30-40 kmph) and heavy rain is likely to occur at isolated places in North Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam on May 8.

Thunderstorm with lightning is likely to occur at isolated places in South Coastal Andhra Pradesh during the next 5 days, in Telangana on May 9 and 10, in North Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam during the next 48 hours and in Rayalaseema during the next 24 hours.

Light to moderate rain or thundershowers is likely to occur at few places in Telangana, North Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam and at isolated places in Rayalaseema during the next five days, the bulletin said.
Rain occurred at isolated places in Telangana, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, and Rayalaseema during the last 24 hours.
The highest maximum temperature of 42 degree Celsius and 40.5 degree Celsius was recorded in Nalgonda of Telangana and Kurnool of Rayalaseema on Wednesday.
The maximum temperature of 37.6 degree Celsius was recorded in Hyderabad yesterday, the bulletin added.(UNI)
