Kolhapur, Sep 1 : A mandal woman officer was among three arrested here Today  for allegedly demanding and accepting a bribe of Rs 25,000.
The trio accused have been identified as Archana Milind Gulvani (47) and two Kotwals Tatyaso Ghanpal Savant (38) and Yuvraj Krushna-Bhima Vadda (35).
All of them are attached with the Saja -Gadmudshingi office in the Karveer tehsil of this district.
The trio sought Rs 30,000 bribe in lieu of passing an order favourable to the complainant in an agricultural land dispute. Later, the matter was settled at Rs 25,000, ACB stated.
Based on the allegation, a trap was laid in the office premises and the accused Savant was nabbed red-handed while taking the money, it apprised.
Subsequently, the other two accused were also arrested. Further probe is on, it added.(UNI)
