The partnership agreement between Iran and Russia is practically complete.
TEHRAN, JULY 12 : The work on the comprehensive strategic partnership agreement between Moscow and Tehran is almost finished, Russian Ambassador to Iran Alexey Dedov told Sputnik.
“As for the areas in which we predict changes, this is the qualitative development of our relations at the conclusion of the comprehensive strategic partnership agreement, work on which is at the finish line,” Dedov said.
