The head of the Telangana BJP charges the Congress of not keeping its election-related pledges.
HYDERABAD, MAY 3 : Union Minister and Telangana BJP President G Kishan Reddy lambasted the Congress party, alleging that it has failed to deliver on any of its promises made during the assembly elections.
Speaking to the media during the induction of BRS leaders from Warangal into the BJP, Reddy criticized Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, stating that the government’s inefficiency hindered the implementation of guarantees within 100 days
Reddy accused the Congress of resorting to mudslinging against the BJP to conceal its failures and emphasized that the party’s promises were made with no intention of fulfillment.
He challenged Revanth Reddy on allocating funds for railways during the UPA regime compared to after Modi’s tenure, highlighting the lack of progress under Congress rule.
He criticised the Congress’s false propaganda regarding job appointments and welfare schemes, stating that the party had not delivered on its assurances.
Reddy warned against the return of a corrupt and deceitful regime if KCR’s government were to lose power, urging the people to reject the Congress’s misleading tactics.
Reddy denounced the Congress’s false claims of implementing guarantees and criticized their failure to provide essential services to the people of Telangana.(UNI)
