Hyderabad, July 20 : BRS working President and Minister K T Rama Rao (KTR) on Thursday alleged that the Union Government watching in absolutely silence over horrifying violence in Manipur.
On Twitter, KTR said, “We Indians were raging against the Taliban when they were disrespecting children and women.”Now in our own country, Kuki women being paraded naked and sexually assaulted by the Meitei mob in Manipur is a distressing and nauseous reminder of how barbarism has been normalised in new India !!, he tweeted.All this horrifying violence and complete breakdown of Law & Order while the Union government watches in absolute silence, the BRS working President alleged.Where are you, PM Narendra Modi Ji and HM Amit Shah Ji, while every shred of dignity in Manipur is burning?, he questioned.” Please set aside everything and use all your time and energy to #SaveManipur” , the Minister tweeted.(UNI)
