Hyderabad, Feb 21 : Telangana Governor and Lt.Governor of Puducherry Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan condoled the sudden and sad demise of Andhra Pradesh IT Minister Mekapati Gautham Reddy, who died due to heart attack here on Monday. In a message, the Governor conveyed her sympathies to the bereaved family members. Taking to micro-blogging site twitter, Telangana IT Minister and TRS Party Working President K T Rama Rao said ‘deeply saddened and shocked beyond belief to learn about the sudden demise of dear friend @ MekapatiGoutham Garu’. ‘My heartfelt condolences to the family and friends in this hour of grief. Gone too soon brother. Pray that you rest in peace,”, Mr Rao said. Taking to his official twitter handle, All India Majlis-E-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) Chief and MP Asaduddin Owaisi said my condolences to the Mekapati family on the sad and sudden demise of @ MekapatiGoutham a dear friend of 25 years we had spend some wonderful times which will be etched in my memory. Gautam was a bright politician, always concerned about his district and a fantastic Minister. Life is short, he added.(UNI)
