HYDERABAD, JUNE 7   :   Telangana Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari held a review meeting on Friday with senior officials to address the prevention of traffic jams caused by sudden torrential rains in Greater Hyderabad.

The meeting also discussed immediate and long-term measures to prevent water stagnation.
The meeting, held as per the instructions of the Chief Minister, was attended by DGP Ravi Gupta, DG Disaster Management and Fire Services Nagi Reddy, Principal Secretary of the Municipal Administration Department Dana Kishore, GHMC Commissioner Ronald Rose, Water Board MD Sudarshan Reddy, and the Police Commissioners of Hyderabad, Cyberabad, and Rachakonda, an official statement said.
