Telangana CM takes issue with KCR’s purportedly misleading campaign against the Rythu Bharosa plan.

BHADRADRI KOTHAGUDEM (TELANGANA), MAY 4    :   Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy criticized BRS President and former Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR), accusing him of spreading false propaganda against Rythu Bharosa (Rythu Bharosa) scheme of Congress.

Reddy stated that KCR is misleading the public by claiming that the Congress government intends to abolish Rythu Bandhu.

During an election event held in Kothagudem on Saturday, Reddy issued a challenge, asserting that if any farmer fails to receive Rythu Bandhu benefits by May 9, he is prepared to apologize. Additionally, he promised to waive crop loans up to Rs 2 lakh by August 15.

Asserting his earlier prediction that KCR would align with the BJP, Reddy highlighted KCR’s support for BJP bills and alleged a conspiracy between BJP and BRS to undermine Congress. He urged the people to thwart the alleged Gujarat team’s influence by extending support to Congress in Telangana.

Expressing popular aspiration for Rahul Gandhi as Prime Minister, Reddy accused the BJP of neglecting Telangana during its 10-year tenure and attempting to alter the Constitution. Emphasizing the importance of protecting reservations and the Constitution, Reddy called for a Congress victory in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections on May 13.

Reddy also commended Finance Minister Bhatti Vikaramarka for effectively managing funds and ensuring timely salaries for all departments.

The event was attended by Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka, Ministers Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, Thummala Nageswara Rao, Khammam Congress Candidate Ramasahayam RathuRam Reddy, former Union Minister Renuka Choudary, Kothagudem CPI MLA Kunamneni Sambasivarao, and others.(UNI)
