Telangana ACB to observe Anti-Corruption Week from Dec 3
Hyderabad, Dec 1 :In connection with International Anti-Corruption Day on December 9, Telangana Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) will observe seven-day Anti-Corruption Week from December 3.
The aim of celebrating the Anti-Corruption week is to generate awareness among the common public so as to combat corruption effectively with the active cooperation of the public.
During the Anti-Corruption Week, besides Anti-Corruption Pledge, pamphlets/posters having the ACB Toll Free No 10 including the contact numbers of ACB officials of all the Ranges will be distributed/ pasted at the public places like all important locations– Collectorates, Bus Stands, Railway Stations, other Government offices– so as to facilitate the public to utilize the services of ACB at any point of time, a release here said on Wednesday.
The Range DSP of ACB of Telangana State will request the District Collectors to issue instructions/circulars of the Head Office to all Government Offices at District/Divisional and Mandal level for ensuring display of Citizen Charter in the respective offices.
All the officers of ACB will spread awareness among the family members, neighbours, friends and other acquaintances to combat corruption, the release added.(UNI)
