Mumbai, Jan 19 : Tata Communications Today  reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 395 crore for the quarter ending December 31 of FY22, registering a growth of 27.8 per cent on Y-o-Y basis.

The company’s consolidated revenue during this period stood at Rs 4,185 crore, it said in a regulatory filing.

The sequential growth in data business continued and revenues increased by 3.4 per cent on YoY basis at Rs 3,233 crore.

All three segments (Core Connectivity, Digital Platforms and Incubation services) of data business witnessed healthy growth, it added.

The company’s consolidated earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) increased by 3.5 per cent Y-o-Y to Rs 1,082.5 crore, with margins at 25.9 per cent, expanding by 110 BPs as compared to the same quarter last year.

Commenting on the results, AS Lakshminarayanan, MD and CEO, Tata Communications, said, “We witnessed another quarter of good sequential growth in our data business, with digital platforms and solutions delivering robust results.
