Somesh Kumar holds meeting with CREDAI related to the undivided share of land
Hyderabad, Apr 1:Telangana Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar has conducted a meeting with CREDAI Representatives and other Real Estate organizations regarding issues related to the undivided share of the land on Wednesday.
The TSRERA Representatives informed that the sale of undivided shares (UDS) of lands will lead to cheating to the general public, a release here said on Thursday.
Accordingly, Secretary RERA and Commissioner, IG Stamps, and Registrations were directed to issue necessary instructions disseminating the same.
Accordingly, the Public is advised not to buy UDS lands of such companies, which may lead to litigation in the future that are not registered with Telangana State RERA.
Mr. Ravi Gupta, Principal Secretary, Home will look into the matter and take appropriate action where such fraudulent sales took place.
Mr. Arvind Kumar, Principal Secretary, MA&UD, Mr. Ravi Gupta, Principal Secretary, Home, Mr. Sheshadri, Commissioner, Inspector General, Stamps and Registrations, Mr. Vidhyadhar, DTCP and Secretary, RERA, other officials, and CREDAI Representatives have participated. (UNI)
