SC to start hybrid hearing from Feb 14
New Delhi, Feb 7 : Supreme Court Today decided to start hybrid hearing of cases from 14th February. The apex court has revived the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) issued on 7 October, 2021, by which it started hybrid hearing of the cases. From February 14, all cases on Wednesday and Thursday will be heard only in the physical format in courtrooms, while hybrid mode will be allowed on the rest of the days. The decision comes in view of a significant decline in the number of COVID-19 cases and positivity rate, and in the light of the instructions issued by the Delhi Disaster Management Authority on February 4, 2022, a circular issued by the court said today.
