Russian export order portfolio includes 180 helicopters worth $4bln
Moscow, May 21 (Sputnik) The current portfolio of export orders for Russian helicopters is about $4 billion, Dmitry Shugaev, the director of the Russian Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSMTC), told Sputnik.
“At present, the portfolio of orders for export deliveries of Russian helicopter equipment is more than 180 helicopters for a total amount of about $4 billion,” Shugaev said.
The FSMTC notes the high interest of foreign customers in Russian helicopters, he said.
“Due to their high and often unique characteristics, as well as due to the balance of the Russian proposal in terms of price-quality-efficiency,” he explained.
The 14th international exhibition of the helicopter industry HeliRussia-2021, which is attended by largest domestic and foreign industry players, is being held at the Crocus Expo Exhibition Center in Moscow.(UNI)
