Mumbai, May 10 : The Rupee today gained eleven paise at 73.40 in opening trade on the selling of US Dollar by bankers and exporters, dealers at the Forex Market said.

The local unit was seen as strong because of the weak dollar against other world currencies amid a strong opening in the stock market.

The Rupee registered days high and low at 73.46 and 73.38 respectively.(UNI)
