MUMBAI, JAN 12   :    The Rupee on Friday advanced 11 paise to close at 82.92 against USD on selling of US Dollar by bankers and exporters, dealers at the Foreign Exchange said.

The local unit was opened flat at 83.02. Later, it was rallied and finished at 82.92, surging 11 paise
as compared to its previous close.

The Rupee recorded intra days high and low at 82.88 and 83.05 respectively, dealer added.(UNI)
