Mumbai, May 5 : The Rupee today slipped nine paise at 73.94 in opening trade on rising demand for US Dollar by bankers and importers, dealers at the Forex Market said.

The local unit was seen weak owing to the firm dollar against other world currencies amid a strong opening in the stock market.

The Rupee registered days high and low at 73.98 and 73.91 respectively.(UNI)
