Barmer, Jun 13 : Total 146 jawans of the Border Security Force (BSF) recovered from the novel coronavirus while one jawan died of Mucormycosis in Barmer sector, the BSF said Today.
Deputy Inspector General of the BSF Vinit Kumar said that the a total of 146 jawans have recuperated after following all COVID guidelines and receiving the medical attention. He added that unfortunately, one jawan succumbed to Mucormycosis, also known as Black Fungus.
After defeating the virus, the BSF personnel have joined the duty immediately. According to Mr Kumar, the force has been following all COVID norms to keep the virus at bay.(UNI)
