MUMBAI, FEB 20    :    Purv Flexipack, a leading supplier, trading company of packaging material, will come out with an initial public offer (IPO) to raise Rs 40.21 crore.

The company has fixed price of IPO in a band of Rs 70 to 71.
The issue will open on Feb 27 and close on Feb 29, a press release said here on Tuesday.(UNI)
