PM wishes Naidu a happy 75th birthday.
VIJAYAWADA, APR 20 : Telugu Desam Party national president and former Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu celebrated his 75th birthday on Saturday, and he cut the cake on the occasion.
Naidu celebrated his birthday in Rayadurgam, in Anantapur district, among leaders and activists. Naidu is participating in the election campaign in Anantapur district.
Chandrababu Naidu’s wife, N Bhuvaneswari, celebrated his birthday with party leaders and activists by cutting a cake in his Assembly constituency, Kuppam in Chittoor district. After offering prayers at a temple in Kuppam, she joined the celebrations with party leaders.
The TDP activists, on the occasion of Naidu’s birthday, broke 750 coconuts at the hill shrine Tirumala temple with prayers for his long life and good health. Chandrababu Naidu served as the Chief Minister of the combined Andhra Pradesh state for 9 years and as the Chief Minister of the residuary state after the bifurcation of the combined state. He was also Leader of the Opposition in the Legislative Assembly for 15 years.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi wished Chandrababu Naidu a happy birthday. Taking social media ‘X’, the Prime Minister said: “Birthday wishes to former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu Garu. An experienced leader, he has always devoted himself to AP’s all-round progress. I pray that he is blessed with a long and healthy life in service to the people.”
File hero turned politician and Jana Sena Party chief K Pawan Kalyan also conveyed his birthday wishes to Naidu, stating, “I wish a happy birthday to Chandrababu Naidu. Naidu, who has vast political experience, always thinks about the progress of the state. He faces political pressure and harassment firmly. Chandrababu Garu is a leader who thinks with vision for the development of the state and the efficiency of administration. I pray to God to grant him full health and happiness.”(UNI)
