New Delhi, April 7: NCP Chief Sharad Pawar on Wednesday received his second dose of COVID-19 vaccine at Sir J. J. Hospital, Mumbai.

“I took the second dose of COVID-19 vaccination this morning. Many thanks to Dr. Lahane and her medical team as well as Mrs. Shraddha, the nurse who skillfully gave both doses,” the 80-year-old Minister wrote on Twitter.

He further added that ” Coincidentally, today is World Health Day. On this occasion, I urge all citizens to take an active part in the fight against this virus by completing the COVID vaccination process as soon as possible.”

Sharad Pawar had got the first jab of the vaccine on March 1. (UNI)
