Panaji, May 6:Only 28 Sub offices or Head Offices and 97 Branch Post Offices will continue to function in Goa till May 15, 2021.
A statement from Postal Department said, ”While reviewing Covid Situation in Goa Postal Division it is observed that the Covid Cases among the departmental staff are rising day by day. Considering the need of hours and to save the lives of valuable customers, Goa postal division has decided that only 28 SOs/HOs and 97 Branch Post offices will continue to function in Goa state till 15th May 2021. Rest of the offices will remain closed till 15th May 2021.”(UNI)
