Patna, May 17 : Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today launched and App for home isolation tracking covid patients.
While launching the app Mr Kumar said here that those in home isolation require regular monitoring of their oxygen level as the situation become serious when the oxygen level falls .
Mr Kumar said that the app would help in taking care of covid patients in home isolation . He said that the health worker would everyday monitor the temperature and oxygen level for providing proper treatment . He said that in case the oxygen level declines from 94 the patient would be admitted at the dedicated health centre for treatment .
Information and technology department secretary Santosh Kumar Mall elaborate about the app and informed that it has been developed by the BELTRON and the app has been successfully used under pilot project in Supaul, Gopalganj, Aurangabad , Nalanda and Bhagalpur.(UNI)
