Nawanshahr (Punjab), Jan 8 : The Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar district Today  secured the prestigious national award in water conservation from the Ministry of Jalshakti/Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation.
The Ministry of Jalshakti had announced the 3rd National Water Award-2020 and announced Nawanshahr the second best district.
Deputy Commissioner Vishesh Sarangal said Nawanshahr is only district from Punjab to get the award.(UNI)
