Nashik, Mar 21 :With 2,383 COVID cases detected in the past 24 hours, the city continued to report more than 2,000 cases for the fourth consecutive day, official data said.
With the new additions, the caseload has now surged to 1,45,788. The death toll rose to 2,210 as eight patients succumbed to the virus.
Meanwhile, 848 people were cured and discharged, taking count of the recovered cases to 1,28,326.
So far, a total of 6,19,286 tests have been conducted across the district while the reports of 5,101 suspects are awaited, data mentioned.
Presently, Nashik has 15,242 active cases, it added.(UNI)
