Bengaluru, April 27: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday called up former prime minister HD Deve Gowda and assured him of considering his suggestions on containing Covid-19 pandemic.

The call was made in response to a letter by the former PM over the Covid scenario.

Mr Gowda himself shared this information on Twitter. “Prime Minister Narendra Modi had called me and discussed with me for a few minutes. He informed me that he has read my letter and assured me that he would consider my suggestion. I wholeheartedly thank him for his concern and swift response,” the tweet read.(UNI)
