‘Modern Haryana’ to be core of budget :Khattar
Chandigarh, Feb 19 : Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar said keeping in mind the vision of modern Haryana, this time the budget will be presented, in which priority will be given to all the promises made to the people. Speaking during a virtual meeting with the leaders and BJP workers at Haryana Bhawan in New Delhi on Saturday, Khattar said the state government is committed for the welfare of all sectors and sections including education, agriculture and farmers’ welfare. Whatever will be good for the public, work is being done for that. The state government is also working continuously for the development of Haryanvi culture and tourism. It is the endeavour of the government that both these areas of the state should be recognized at the world level. The government is also working for the welfare of ex-servicemen and soldiers, he said. The Chief Minister said before preparing the budget, suggestions were invited from people of different sectors. Pre-Budget discussions have also been held with some major departments. Whatever good suggestions will come during this period, they will be included in the budget. “It is the effort of the government that the budget is being prepared keeping in mind the all-round development of the state and the future of Haryana,” he added.(UNI)
