Modern education should be kept in mind while preserving the educational heritage

Nashik, Jul 1 : Maratha Vidya Prasarak (MVP) Samaj Educational Institution has a history of centuries and many workers have made important contributions in the formation of the institution. Therefore, the Architecture and Polytechnic College started by the institute should have a modern education system keeping in view the needs of modern times and industries, said Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar.
Mr. Ajit Pawar was speaking on the occasion of inauguration of College of Architecture, Sharad Chandraji Pawar College of Architecture, Nashik, inauguration of new building of Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj Polytechnic College and inauguration of Udaji Maharaj Educational Heritage Museum. Minister for Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection and District Guardian Minister Chhagan Bhujbal, Assembly Vice President Narhari Jirwal, Zilla Parishad President Balasaheb Kshirsagar, MLA Hiraman Khoskar, MLA Nitin Pawar, MLA Dilip Bankar, MLA Seema Hiray, Chairman of Maratha Vidya Prasarak Samaj Manikrao Boraste. , General Secretary Neelimatai Pawar, President Dr. Tushar Shewale, Deputy Speaker Raghonana Ahire, Secretary Dr. Sunil Dhikale and MVP office bearers were present on the occasion.
Mr. Ajit Pawar further said that in the coming period, at least more area will be required on the land. The role of architecture students is very important in this and modern technology and education needs to be imparted to the students to implement the concept of green building more and more.
Also, to enable the society in terms of education, the government is spending Rs 65,000 crore annually on education and other staff working in the field of education. Also, since every person in the society has the right to education, the government has always given priority to education.
Therefore, Mr Ajit Pawar announced assistance of Rs. 5 crore to MVP for various initiatives of the organization and MVP should do its best to carry forward the educational heritage by educating the children of the extremely poor, said Ajit Pawar.
While Mr Pawar inspected the Udaji Maharaj Educational Heritage Museum, the educational activities of the entire Maharashtra and Maratha Vidya Prasarak Sanstha have been described in a unique way through the museum.
Also, MVP is working to carry forward the educational legacy of Udaji Maharaj. Also, every professor, teacher and office bearer of this institute should make efforts so that every student who leaves this institute should be able to stand on his own feet, said Ajit Pawar.
Many development works have been done in Nashik through Chhagan Bhujbal as the Guardian Minister. Therefore, after Mumbai and Pune, now Nashik city is coming forward. In order to maintain this momentum of development, huge funds will be provided for Nashik-Pune railway line to provide more transportation facilities to the citizens. Efforts will also be made to start the proposed medical colleges soon. Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar has also appealed to all citizens to take care of the third wave.
Guardian minister Chhagan Bhujbal said MVP has been serving the society for the last 107 years with the motto ‘Bahujan Hitaya Bahujan Sukhaya’ and the work of Satyashodhak movement has been carried out through this organization. We should serve the masses by working on truth-seeking ideology. The museum is beautiful and scenic.
Mr. Chhagan Bhujbal expressed his hope that the organization will be brighter and the poor will get education. Also during the Corona period many difficulties have been encountered. Therefore, our efforts are underway to strengthen the health system and soon there will be help for health services through government medical colleges, said the Guardian Minister Shri. Bhujbal said.
Prior to the event, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar inspected the College of Architecture, Sharad Chandraji Pawar College of Architecture, Nashik, Rajarshi Shahu Maharaj Polytechnic College, inaugurated a new building and inaugurated Udaji Maharaj Educational Heritage Museum.
