MERI professional and legal institute hosted the farewell Au Revoir.

NEW DELHI, JUNE 20 :  MERI Professional and Law Institute hosted a grand farewell event on 16th June 2024 for its final year students of the LLB Course (6th Semester) and BALLB/BBALLB Course (10th Semester).

The event, titled Au Revoir Farewell 2024, was graced by the presence of distinguished guests including Prof. (Dr.) Preet Singh, Principal of MERI Professional and Law Institute, Stuti Narula Markan, Akhil Jaitley, Dr. Dhruv, Dr. Dhanbir Singh, Anita Lochab, and Jai Hooda.

The highlight of the evening was the Miss/Mr Farewell contest. Pankaj from the 6th Semester LLB Course was crowned “Mr. Farewell,” while Ragini Sachdeva, also from the 6th Semester LLB Course, was named “Ms. Farewell.” Other notable winners included Vineet Kumar, who won “Mr. Talented,” and Renu Sharma, who won “Ms. Talented,” both from the 6th Semester LLB Course. Sagar from the 6th Semester LLB Course was awarded “Mr. Handsome,” and Khusi Goyal from the 10th Semester BALLB Course was honoured as “Ms. Beautiful.”

The farewell event was anchored by Alfia and Aryan, whose energetic and lively presentation kept the audience entertained throughout the evening. The programme commenced with a Saraswati Vandana and lamp lighting ceremony, followed by a welcome speech from the Principal, which set a celebratory tone for the occasion.

The first round of the Miss/Mr Farewell contest featured a ramp walk, judged by Prof. (Dr.) Preet Singh, Ms. Stuti Narula Markan, and Akhil Jaitley. This was followed by a talent round, where participants showcased their diverse abilities. The final round required participants to share their experiences at MERI Professional and Law Institute, adding a personal touch to the event.

Adding to the festivities, final year students performed a group dance, and a Memory Lane video played, reminiscing the journey of the 6th Semester LLB and 10th Semester BALLB/BBALLB students at the institute. The farewell concluded with a DJ night and dinner, making the event a memorable and joyous occasion for all attendees.(UNI)
