Mumbai, Sep 18 : Maharashtra has recorded 631 new Covid-19 cases and 3 coronavirus-related deaths, as per health bulletin on Sunday.

The state’s cumulative case tally now stands at 81,14,940 and the overall toll went up to 1,48,307.

A total of 789 patients were discharged taking overall count of recoveries to 79,62,071.

The state’s recovery rate stands at 98.11 per cent and fatality rate at 1.82 per cent.

As of now 4,562 patients are undergoing treatment in different hospitals, the bulletin added.

In Marathwada region, 43 positive patients were reported including 17 from Aurangabad district, 13 cases in Osmanabad, 5 cases each in Jalna and Latur, 2 cases in Hingoli and single case in Nanded district, the bulletin said.(UNI)
