Thane, Sep 30 : With 315 new Covid-19 cases in last 24 hours, a tally has spiked to 5,59,110 in Thane district, the authorities said today.

With three deaths, a total number of fatalities have surged to 11,406.
The mortality rate was 2.04 per cent, he added.
In neighbouring Palghar district, the covid-19 case count has gone up to 1,35,882 while the death toll was 3,276 an official from Palghar said.(UNI)
