Nagpur, May 24: Nagpur on Monday witnessed 482 new COVID-19 cases, the lowest single-day spike and 29 deaths.
Today, 482 tested positive for Covid-19 while 29 persons lost their battle with the dreaded Coronavirus.
Following this, the cumulative positive cases reached 4,71,541 and the cumulative of fatalities rose to 8797.
The constant rise in COVID-19 recoveries led to increasing in the recovery rate. Also it has an impact on the active cases which have gone further down to 12,384. The recovery rate further improved to 95.51 per cent.
Meanwhile, 2003 patients got discharged from various hospitals in the district , taking the cumulative recovery to 4,50,360. (UNI)
