Jalna, Jun 13 : In the past 24 hours, 22 new COVID cases were recorded while six patients succumbed to the virus, stated Jalna Civil Surgeon Today.
With the new additions, the total caseload has now surged to 60,797 while the death toll rose to 1,056, he added.
Meanwhile, 21 people were discharged in the same period, taking count of the recovered cases to 59,328–which translates into 97.58 per cent recovery rate.
The fatality rate stands at 1.74 per cent. Presently, Jalna has 413 active cases.(UNI)
