Belagavi, Mar 11 : Former Union Minister late Suresh Angadi’s mother Somavva breathed her last at her native place KK Koppa in Belagavi taluk on Thursday morning.
She was 92 and survived by three sons and a daughter
According to Family sources, Somavva died due to age-related illness. She was suffering from some health problems for the past few days.
Cremation will be performed later in the day, family sources said.
Chief Minister BS Yeddiyurappa in his condolences message said that she was a very simple woman in nature and on many occasion an inspiration to late Suresh Angadi ‘s life.
He also sent a message to her family members.
Many elected members, politicians and other leaders condoled her death.(UNI)
