Kolhapur, Jan 26 :Kolhapur Today  recorded 658 new Covid-19 cases, a sharp rise as compared to previous day’s tally of 416 patients, a statement said. At present, the district houses 4752 active cases. The fresh additions took the district tally to 215754 while the death toll soared to 5833 as five died due to the infection. However, 382 people were cured and discharged taking the total recovery count to 205169, the statement added. (UNI)
