MUMBAI, SEP 20: KLM Axiva Finvest Limited has announced its public issue of a face value of Rs 1,000 to raise capital of Rs 200 crore, which will be utilised for clearing debts and financing.

The issue was opened to the public on September 15 and closed on October 12, a release issued here stated on Tuesday.(UNI)
