Hyderabad, Jan 26 : The ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi supremo and Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao on Wednesday appointed new presidents for all the 31 districts units of the party. This is in tune with his decision to strengthen the party from the grassroot level. He will soon announce the appointment of new district committees, according to the party sources.
