Kapurthala DC urges people to cooperate with administration to contain covid-19
Kapurthala, Apr 27 (UNI) Taking into account the spread of covid the district magistrate cum Deputy commissioner KapurthalaMrsDeeptiUppal has imposed fresh restrictions in the jurisdictions of Kapurthala district.
These orders will be implemented from April 27, 2021, to further orders.
All Shops including those in Malls and Multiplexes, etc. to close every day by 1700 hrs (with Home Delivery allowed up to 2100 hrs).
Daily Night Curfew, which is already in force now be from 1800 hrs to 0500 hrs on all days, prohibiting all the non-essential activities.
Weekend Curfew from 0500 hrs on Saturday up to 0500 hrs on Monday. However, all the essential activities shall remain exempt.
All Private Offices including Service Industry allowed to “Work from Home” only.
In addition to the above, the following activities to be exempted from COVID-19 restrictions.
Chemist Shops and Shops dealing with the supply of essential goods like Milk, Dairy Products, Vegetables, Fruits etc.
For Manufacturing Industry Movement of employees/labour of Manufacturing Industry and Vehicles carrying them is allowed. However, the concerned industry shall issue requisite permission for this purpose.
‘To and Fro” movement of passengers travelling via Air, Trains, Buses, etc.
Construction activities in both the Urban and Rural Areas.Agricultural activities including Procurement, Horticultural, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Services.E-commerce and movement of all goods.Vaccination at Out-Reach Camps and people coming for vaccination. She urged the people to cooperate with the district administration to contain the spread of covid.(UNI)
