JAMMU, DEC 30   :    Jammu and Kashmir Police on Saturday installed anklet GPS Tracker Device to monitor the accused movement who is on interim bail in Udhampur district.

The device is installed to the anklet of accused on interim bail issued vide order dated December 27, 2023 passed by the Court of Ld. Third Additional Sessions Judge, Jammu (NIA Court) . The GPS tracker anklet is a wearable device affixed around the ankle of the person to monitor and track his movement.

As per the detail of the case FIR No. 97/2022 was registered in Police Station Udhampur under sections 17,18,39 and 40 of UAPA read with Sections 121 and 122 IPC, accused namely Khursheed Ahmed of Motla, Dessa, District Doda had applied for bail.(UNI)
