HYDERABAD, MAR 6   :     German Ambassador Dr. Philipp Ackermann praised the work ethic and dedication of Indian students and noted a substantial increase in Indian students pursuing higher education in Germany.

Speaking at a special interactive session held at Kautilya School of Public Policy (KSPP), here on Wednesday, Dr Ackermann commended the infrastructure and environment at KSPP, encouraging students to maximize their educational opportunities, a statement said.

He emphasised the growing significance of India as a trade and business partner for Germany, stressing the importance of fostering concrete ideas and alliances between the two nations.

Addressing a spectrum of topics during the session, Dr. Ackermann delved into migration, international trade (including the India-EU Free Trade Agreement), energy policy, and global security. He shared insights into Germany’s approach to these issues and engaged in a lively discussion with the students.

The interactive session concluded with a vote of thanks from Hariswar, highlighting the robust partnership between KSPP and the German Embassy. KSPP remains committed to nurturing meaningful exchanges with global leaders and enhancing the education and experiences of its students.(UNI)
