Hyderabad: ICFAI Law School inks MoU with NI-MSME to support Indian MSME sector
Hyderabad, May 26 : ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad, a constituent unit of the ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education, and National Institute of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (NI-MSME), an organization of the Ministry of MSME, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding, here recently.
The MoU was signed virtually to collaborate in education and research activities and support the Indian MSME sector in strengthening its defences against threats such as the Covid-19 pandemic, through a series of initiatives, ICFAI said in a release here Today.
The MSME sector is the largest job provider in the country, second only to agriculture, and has been struggling with employment and economic losses since the pandemic.
Speaking on the occasion, Prof A V Narsimha Rao, Director, ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad said, ”We are really happy to partner with National Institute for MSME (NI-MSME) to collaborate in education, academic research and supportive initiatives that will support and strengthen the capabilities of youth and MSMEs in the country.
