HYDERABAD, OCT 10 : Well-known film actor Navdeep appeared before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Tuesday in relation to the Madhapur drug case.

The ED had issued a notice to Navdeep, summoning him for questioning at their Hyderabad office on October 10. This notice was issued by the ED in response to the Narcotics Bureau’s (TSNAB) investigation into any money laundering involved in the case, official sources said.

Previously, he was questioned by the TSNAB for six hours. During the investigation, it was revealed that actor Navdeep had been in contact with the suspects.

The police have alleged that Navdeep obtained drugs from one of the arrested individuals named Ramachander, and they claim to possess evidence supporting this allegation.

Furthermore, officials have also confiscated his mobile phone to retrieve his mobile call data and WhatsApp chat history.(UNI)
