IRAN: According to Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, the leader of the Islamic Revolution, the Hajj rituals are meant to foster unity among Muslims in the face of the Israeli government and world arrogance.

The Leader made the comments during a meeting on Wednesday with Hajj pilgrimage-related Iranian officials and individuals who will visit Saudi Arabia’s holy towns of Mecca and Medina to carry out the yearly rituals.

The Hajj pilgrimage, according to Ayatollah Khamenei, is intended to strengthen the bond between Muslim countries in the face of profanity, oppression, hubris, human and non-human idols, and all other evils that Islam aims to eradicate or confront.

The Leader also emphasised the need for the entire Muslim world to unite and protest the Israeli government.

The Leader emphasised that everyone should show their strength in the face of hegemonic powers because the impact of haughty powers is the present challenge facing the world.

By stating that “Hajj is an international and civilizational issue,” Ayatollah Khamenei emphasised the importance of having the right perspective on the Hajj and comprehending its significance.

The Leader warned that the Islamic Ummah would disintegrate if the Hajj pilgrimage were not performed.

Moreover, he urged Muslims who participate in the important annual Hajj ceremonies to show strength in the face of the Israeli government and other haughty nations, as well as to resist repressive regimes around the globe.

Ayatollah Khamenei emphasised the significance of explaining global matters, especially the developments in Palestine, by stating that “the Hajj time is an appropriate opportunity to become aware of nations and international topics.”

One of the key aspects of the Hajj ceremonies, according to the Leader, is the revelation of Islam’s practical hostility to racial, racial, and socioeconomic inequalities.

The leader noted that racial discrimination against people of colour, as well as people of European and non-European ancestry, still plagues the so-called civilised nations.

Ayatollah Khamenei further stated, as it has been previously announced, that in order to avoid being duped, the Iranian people and officials should pay close attention to the enemy’s plans, strategies, programmes, and points of strengths and weaknesses.

The enemy’s true objective and the basis for his persistence on specific issues can be understood if we are aware of global challenges, the speaker added.

In areas where Iranian authorities exercised caution and good judgement, he said, they were successful in making excellent progress on regional and international matters that infuriated the US.
