Narayanpet, Jul 10: Telangana Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister KT Rama Rao today said the government will not compromise on Krishna River water share.

Mr. Rao participated in the programs of the inauguration and laying foundation stones in this district.

Speaking on the occasion, he reiterated that as per law, the government will not compromise on its resolve to secure Telangana’s share in Krishna water.

He assured that the Palamuru-Rangareddy project will be completed soon and said Telangana is the highest largest paddy growing state in the country

The Minister promised to construct District Collectorate and Superintendent of Police buildings in Narayanpet.

Mr. Rao said that funds are being released to Panchayats and Municipalities in the state. (UNI)
